Instructions for proper .csv file creation

Step 1

Prepare the file with offer keeping the following order of columns:

1. Column A – offer type
Enter number 1 or 2 respectively:
1 – load offer
2 – vehicle offer 2.

Column B – Starting country (required field)
Enter the country in ISO format e.g. UK for United Kingdom, PL for Poland.

3. Column C – Starting city
You can enter any name containing from 2 to 40 characters.

4. Column D – Post code of starting place (required field)
Enter post code containing from 1 to 7 characters.

5. Column E – Destination country (required field)
Enter the country in ISO format e.g. UK for United Kingdom, PL for Poland.

6. Column F – Destination city
Enter any name containing from 2 to 40 characters.

7. Column G – Post code of destination place (required field)
You can enter post code containing from 1 to 7 characters.

8. Column H – Date of loading
Enter date that is earlier than the date of unloading, use format d-m-Y H:i e.g. 23-11-2012 15:45
If date of loading is the same as date of unloading, then time of loading must be earlier than time of unloading.

9. Column I – Date of unloading
Import is accepted when date of unloading is later than the date of loading, date format d-m-Y H: e.g. 24-11-2012 15:45
If date of unloading is the same as date of loading, then time of unloading must be later than time of loading.

10. Column J – Price (optional field)
Enter value in the range from 0.01 to 99999.99

11. Column K – Currency (optional field)
Enter the currency symbol (i.e. EUR, CHF, PLN, GBP)

12. Column L – Body type (required field)
Ennter the number corresponding to the type of body:

1 – Plane 10 – Removal van 19 – Walking floor
11 – Container 20 – Low suspension
3 – Low suspension 12 – Spacious 21 – Chemical tanker
4 – Dump truck 13 – Other 22 – Food tanker
5 – Jumbo 14 – Double trailer 23 – Petroleum tanker
6 – Cooler 15 – Van 24 – Gas tanker
7 – Curtainsider 16 – Tow truck / Car Transporter 25 – Log trailer
17 – Mega 26 – Oversized cargo
9 – Silos 18 – Coilmulde 27 – Hook lift

13. Column M – Capacity (required field)
Enter the value in tonnes from 0.01 to 999.99

14. Column N – Length (optional field)
Enter the value in meters from 0.01 to 99.99

15. Column O Height (optional field)
Enter the value in meters from 0.01 to 99.99

16. Column P Volume (optional field)
Value in the field should be in the range of 0.01 to 99999.99

17. Column Q ADR (optional field)
Enter number 0 or 1 respectively:
0 – no ADR,
1 – ADR
In case of vehicle offer, type ADR classes separated by comma e.g. 1,2,4.1

18. Column R Truck crane
Enter number 0 or 1 respectively:
0 – no truck crane,
1 – truck crane

19. Column S Tail lift (optional field)
Enter number 0 or 1 respectively:
0 – a vehicle has a tail lift
1 – a vehicle has no tail lift

20. Column T – Loading (optional field)
In the box type numbers corresponding to the type of loading, separated by a comma:
1 – sideways
2 – upside
3 – backside.

Step 2

After entering data save a file in CSV format with these settings:
- Coding: UTF-8
- Separator: ; (semicolon)
- Text box marking: “” (text put in quotation marks)
