How to download the TransTask application onto your smartphone?

The application can be installed and downloaded onto your smartphone from Google Play, free of charge.

Do I need Internet access to send a message or a file from the application?

Yes, the application uses the data transfer on your phone to transfer files and messages. For them to be send, you need an enabled data transfer or connection to a Wi-Fi network.

All the messages and files (confirmations of the task completion, problem reports, CMR documents) sent via the application while you do not have the Internet access, will be send to the system immediately after you gain access to the Internet.

The application saves when the driver sent the message and when it was delivered. All the information are visible to the dispatcher in the Tasks for the driver tab in the Trans.eu System, so that they know what is the actual date of their completion.

Where in the application can I find my tasks to be carried out?

The task list is displayed when you first log into the application. It includes the tasks assigned to the driver, sorted by date and completion date interval.


A short description visible on the list contains the address to which you should go, and the information whether it is about loading or unloading.

If there are no tasks on your list, you can get acquainted with the remaining prompts or contact the dispatcher.

How to check the detailed information about a task?

Information on tasks are visible on the list – it is the first view when you log into the application.

After pressing the selected task, you will see the detailed information from the dispatcher (Task details window).

If the task is missing some information, for example there is no time interval, ask your dispatcher for the missing data. You can contact them directly via the application: via chat (requires network connection) or by telephone.

If you accept the task, confirm by pressing the button I accept.

I have completed the task. How do I send the confirmation?

1. Open the completed task from the list.

2. In the detail window press the Confirm button.

Important: you can only confirm the tasks you have accepted by pressing the I understood button, in which you have marked the moment of starting the loading/unloading procedure.

3. In the Task confirmation window, you can take a picture of the document or select a photo from your phone’s gallery. You can also send a short note along with the photo.

4. Next, select Confirm again. Finished!

I know that I will be late. How to notify the dispatcher?

1. Select the task you are carrying out from the list.

2. In the Task Details press the Report a problem button.

3. In the Report a problem window select the type of difficulties marked with an icon and enter the estimated time of delay.

4. Confirm the report by pressing the Report a problem again. If you want the dispatcher to call you, select the Ask the dispatcher to call option.

5. The application will send your message to the dispatcher when your phone has an active Internet connection.

Why don’t I have new tasks?

The task list updates only when the application is connected to the Internet. Please make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network or has an active data transfer.

If you have an Internet connection and you still do not have any new tasks on your list, contact the dispatcher to make sure whether you have new tasks to be completed or it is time for a break. In case of doubts, do not hesitate to ask our Customer Service Department for help.

I forgot to attach a CMR photo. What should I do?

All is not yet lost. You can add CMR at any time.

1. Find the completed task to which you want to attach the photo. You can find them in the Archived section at the bottom of the task list.

2. In the detail window press the Confirm button.

3. In the Task confirmation window, you can take a picture of the document or select a photo from your phone’s gallery. You can also send a short note along with the photo.

4. Select Confirm again. Finished!

Why did the dispatcher not receive the messages/files that I have sent?

To send messages and files you need a network connection. All the messages and files (for example confirmations of the task completion, problem reports, CMR documents) sent via the application while you do not have the Internet access, will be send to the system immediately after you gain access to the Internet.

Why can’t I see my location on the map?

Determining the location of your vehicle on the route requires you to turn the Vehicle monitoring option on and activating the GPS module. Only then, both the driver and the dispatcher can monitor the vehicle on the map and define its location.

How can the dispatcher track my location on the map?

1. Make sure that you have an assigned vehicle. You can check it and add a vehicle by selecting My profile and then the Current vehicle section. If you do not have any vehicles, ask the dispatcher to supplement the fleet in the Trans.eu System.

2. GPS connection in your device must be active.

3. Location monitoring option can be turned in the menu at the bottom.

How can I add and assign a vehicle?

1. Go to My profile.

2. In the Current vehicle section press the Add a vehicle button.

3. By pressing the field with the current vehicle data, you will open the Fleet window with a list of all your vehicles.

Your dispatcher can add vehicles to the fleet and assign them to drivers in the Control Panel, in the Fleet tab.

How can I contact my dispatcher?

TransTask allows you to contact the dispatcher via the messenger or call them by phone. To use the messenger, it is necessary to install the free application, TransMessenger.

Via the TransMessenger application, you can contact all the people on your contact list. You can contact your dispatcher via the TransTask application:

1. In the details of each task you will the buttons for text messenger conversation and phone conversation.

2. In the application menu, in the Messages section, you can start a conversation with the dispatcher and check the archive of your conversations.
