Here are a few reasons why a company's status can be labeled as 'unverified':

• exchange employees do not have enough data to determine the risk level of co-operation with the company (activity on the exchange, financial data, other contractors' opinions about a company, etc.),
• the company was not interested with TransRisk and did not order it,
• the company's TransRisk cannot be calculated as it does not add load offers at TRANS Exchange.
